BEMORLARNI DAVOLASH NATIJALARINI QIYOSIY BAHOLASH

Abstrakt

Dolzarbligi. Barcha qon tomir tizimlaridan oyoq tomirlari varikoz birinchi o'rinda turadi. Statistik ma'lumotlar shuni ko'rsatadiki, rivojlangan mamlakatlarda varikoz kengaygan tomirlari bilan kasallanish ayollar orasida 25-33% va erkaklar orasida 10-20% ni tashkil qiladi. Faqat Rossiyada 38 milliondan ortiq odam tomirlarning varikoz kengayishini turli shakllaridan aziyat chekadiganlar sifatida rasman ro'yxatga olingan, ularning 15 foizida trofik kasalliklar mavjud. Ushbu ilmiy ishning maqsadi tomirlarning varikoz kengayishi bilan og'rigan bemorlarni kompleks davolashda EVLO usulini qo'llash orqali davolash natijalarini yaxshilash edi.


Material va usul. Mualliflar uch guruhga boʼlingan oyoq venalari varikoz kengaygan tomirlari bilan ogʼrigan 267 nafar bemorni davolash natijalarini tahlil qiladilar. Birinchi guruh 104 (38,9%) nafar bemorlariga anʼanaviy flebektomiya qilingan, ikkinchi guruh 107 (40,1%) nafar bemorlariga bir vaqtning oʼzida EVLO + miniflebektomiya qilingan va uchinchi (asosiy) guruh 56 (20,9%) bemorlariga EVLO va 3 oydan soʼng skleroterapiya yoki miniflebektomiya amalga oshirilgan. Xulosa. Mualliflar oyoq venalari varikoz kengaygan tomirlarini davolashning har qanday variantining samaradorligini klinik va instrumental diagnostika usullari, asoratlar va retsidivlar chastotasi haqidagi maʼlumotlar bilan tasdiqlash kerak degan xulosaga kelishadi. Hayot sifatini oʼrganish natijalari davolashning yaxshi natijalariga erishish uchun shifokor va bemorning oʼzaro munosabatlarini yaxshilash uchun qimmatli qoʼshimcha maʼlumot beradi.
