MIGREN RIVOJLANISHIDA GOMOTSISTEIN GENETIK PREDIKTORLARINING LABORATOR DIAGNOSTIKASI

TO'LIQ MATN:

Abstrakt

Maqolada migren patogenezi  rivojlanishining turli variantlari o‘rganildi.  Yuqorida tilga olingan patogenezga qo‘shimcha tarzda migrenning boshqa gipotezi kelib chiqdi, u gomotsistein bilan bog‘liq, ya’ni  gomotsisteinning oshgan konsentratsiyasi  keyinchalik  gomotsistein va stressning oksidlanishi bilan glutation ishlab chiqishni pasaytiradi.
