XORAZM VILOYATIDA MIELOPROLIFERATIV NEOPLAZIYA RIVOJLANISHIDA SOD2 GENINING ALA16VAL POLIMORFIZMINING ROLI

TO'LIQ MATN:

Abstrakt

Maqsad: SOD2 genining Ala16Val polimorfizmining allelik va genotipik variantlarining mieloproliferativ neoplaziyalar rivojlanishiga taʼsirini baholash.

Material va usullar: Klinik va genetik jihatdan tasdiqlangan Ph⁺ va Ph⁻ MPN holatlari aniqlangan 110 bemorda SOD2 genining Ala16Val polimorfizmining MPN rivojlanishi va klinik kechishini prognozlashdagi roli o‘rganildi. Shundan 34 bemor (XML – 26, IP – 7, IT – 1) Xorazm viloyatining noqulay hududlarida (I-kichik guruh) va 76 bemor (XML – 40, IP – 24, IT – 10 va PMF – 2) respublikaning, shu jumladan Xorazm viloyatining nisbatan qulay hududlarida (II-kichik guruh) yashagan. Nazorat sifatida o‘zbekistonlik etnik jihatdan bir xil bo‘lgan shartli sogʼlom shaxslarning DNK namunalaridan foydalanildi (n=105).

Natijalar: Statistik maʼlumotlar SOD2 genining Ala16Val polimorfizmining allellari (χ²=3,9; r=0,05) va mieloproliferativ neoplaziyalar rivojlanishi o‘rtasidagi potentsial aloqadan dalolat beradi, Ala alleli MPN rivojlanishida himoyalovchi rolь o‘ynaydi, Val alleli esa patogen rolь o‘ynaydi, Val allelining mavjudligi kasallik xavfining oshishini ko‘rsatadi. Val/Val mutant gomozigot genotipi noqulay hududlardagi bemorlarda MPN rivojlanish xavfini 2 barobardan ortiq oshiradi  (χ²=4,0;r=0,05;OR=2,4;95%CI:1,02-5,57).
