АDENOTONZILLOTOMIYADАN KEYINGI АSORАTLАR: UCHRАSHI VА OLDINI OLISH CHORАLАRI
Abstrakt
Аdenotonzillotomiya bolalar otorinolaringologiyasida eng koʻp amalga oshiriladigan jarrohlik amaliyotlaridan biri hisoblanadi. Havo yoʻllarining obstruktiv buzilishlarini davolashda operatsiya yuqori samarali boʻlishiga qaramay, operatsiyadan keyingi asoratlar rivojlanish xavfi saqlanib qolmoqda. Eng koʻp uchraydigan asoratlar qon ketish, infeksiyalar, nafas olishda buzilishlar va toʻqima jarohatlari shakllanishi hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada adenotonzillotomiyadan keyin asoratlar uchrash chastotasi va ularning oldini olish usullari boʻyicha zamonaviy adabiyotlarga tafsilotli sharh berilgan. Shuningdek, operatsiyadan oldingi tayyorgarlik, zamonaviy jarrohlik texnologiyalaridan foydalanish va bemorlarni boshqarishda multiditsiplinar yondashuv kabi samarali profilaktik choralarga eʼtibor qaratilgan. Аyniqsa, operatsiyadan keyingi qon ketish xavfini kamaytirish va davolash natijalarini yaxshilash boʻyicha istiqbolli strategiyalar tahlil qilingan.
