ПОСТОПЕРАЦИОННЫЕ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЯ АДЕНОТОНЗИЛЛОТОМИИ: ЧАСТОТА И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА
Аннотация
Аденотонзиллотомия является одной из наиболее часто выполняемых хирургических процедур в детской оториноларингологии. Несмотря на высокую эффективность операции в лечении обструктивных расстройств дыхательных путей, риск развития послеоперационных осложнений остается значимым. Наиболее распространёнными осложнениями являются кровотечения, инфекции, нарушение дыхания и формирование рубцовых изменений. В статье представлен обзор современной литературы по частоте возникновения осложнений после аденотонзиллотомии, а также рассмотрены эффективные методы их профилактики, включая предоперационную подготовку, использование современных хирургических технологий и мультидисциплинарный подход к ведению пациентов. Особое внимание уделено новым перспективным стратегиям, направленным на снижение риска послеоперационных кровотечений и улучшение исходов лечения.
