LARINGOFARINGEAL REFLYuKS VA UNING SURANKALI GIPERPLASTIK LARINGITLAR BILAN BOG‘LIQLIGI
Abstrakt
Dolbzarbligi. Surunkali giperplastik laringit (XGL) LOR kasalliklariga chalinuvchi bemorlarning 10% gachasida uchraydigan keng tarqalgan patologiyalardan biridir. 5% xollarda bu kasallik hiqildoq rakining rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin, shuning uchun erta diagnostika va o‘z vaqtida davolash asosiy ahamiyatga eta. XGL riskini oshiradigan asosiy omillarga chekish, spirtli ichimliklar iste’mol qilish, kanserogen moddalarga ma’lum muddat ta’sir etish va yuqori nafas yo‘llarining surunkali yallig‘lanishlari kiradi. LFR (laringofaringeal reflyuks) diagnostikasining zamonaviy usullari, 24 soatlik pH-monitoring, ko‘p kanalli impedans tahlili va tupukdagi pepsin testi kabi usullar ko‘rib chiqilgan. LFR ning ovoz funksiyasiga ta’siri, aynikma, surunkali yallig‘lanish kasalliklari bo‘lgan bemorlarda akustik va aerodinamik buzilishlarning ko‘payishi haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi laringofaringeal reflyuks (LFR) ning surunkali giperplastik laringit (XGL) va hiqildoqning rakgacha bo‘lgan holatlarining rivojlanishiga ta’sirini o‘rganish, shuningdek, bu patologiyani diagnostikalash va davolashning zamonaviy usullarini baholashdir. Tadqiqot natijalari. Surunkali giperplastik laringit (XGL) hiqildoq shillik qavatining giperplaziyasi va uning tuzilishining o‘zgarishi bilan xarakterizlanadigan patologik jarayon bo‘lib, bu to‘qimalarning o‘zgarishi uchun qulay sharoit yaratadi. Xulosa. Zamonaviy diagnostika usullari (pH-impedans monitoring, pepsin tahlili, videolaringostroboskopiya) LFR ni aniqlashda asosiy ahamiyatga eta, ammo haligicha birlikdagi "tilla standart" diagnostika usuli mavjud emas, bu tashxis qo‘yish va davolash taktikasini tanlashni qiyinlashtiradi.
