Аннотация

Рецидивирующая преэклампсия представляет собой одну из наиболее клинически значимых форм гипертензивных осложнений беременности, ассоциированную с повышенными рисками как для матери, так и для плода. Повторное развитие преэклампсии требует особого внимания с точки зрения патогенетического понимания, ранней идентификации факторов риска и разработки профилактических подходов. Материалы и методы. В настоящем обзоре проанализирована современная литература с использованием баз данных PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect и Cochrane Library. В анализ включены оригинальные исследования, систематические обзоры, метаанализы и клинические рекомендации, опубликованные преимущественно за последние 10 лет. Особое внимание уделено работам, посвящённым рецидивам преэклампсии, их долгосрочным последствиям, а также индивидуализированным стратегиям ведения.
