ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ МЕТОДОВ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ ПОСЛЕ СЛОЖНОГО УДАЛЕНИЯ ЗУБОВ
Аннотация
Воспалительные осложнения после сложного удаления зубов представляют собой одну из наиболее частых и значимых проблем в амбулаторной челюстно-лицевой хирургии. В статье рассмотрены этиология и патогенез воспалительных процессов, классификация и клинические формы осложнений, а также современные методы их профилактики и лечения. Особое внимание уделено анализу эффективности различных терапевтических подходов, включая традиционные и инновационные технологии – фотодинамическую терапию, PRF/PRP, лазерное воздействие. Представлены рекомендации по стандартизации клинических протоколов, подготовке специалистов и направлениям будущих научных исследований. Подчёркивается значимость комплексного, интегративного подхода как наиболее эффективной стратегии снижения частоты послеоперационных воспалительных осложнений.
