TROMBOTSITLARGA BOY, PLAZMA (TBP): RIVOJLANMAGAN HOMILADORLIKDAN KEYIN, REPRODUKTIV SALOMATLIGI BUZILGAN AYOLLARDA FOYDALANISH

Abstrakt

Ushbu tadqiqotda biz trombotsitlarga boy plazma bilan endometriy tiklashning yangi usulini qo'lladik va plazmaning endometriyga ta'sirini isbotladik. Tadqiqotning maqsadi: trombotsitlarga boy plazma (TBP)ning endometriy bo'yicha samaradorligini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqot usullari: klinik-anamnestik, klinik-laboratoriya, Doppler yordamida ultratovush, fermentlarga bog'liq immunosorbent tahlil va statistik ma'lumotlarni o'z ichiga olgan. Tadqiqot natijalari: rivojlanmagan xomiladorlik tarixiga ega bo'lgan jami 80 ayol tekshirildi va bo'lajak o'rganildi, ular ikkita quyi guruhga bo'lindi: IA – oldindan tashxis qo'yish bo'yicha plazma terapiyasi bilan murakkab davolangan 40 nafar bemor, ushbu guruhda homiladorlikka chalingan 33 nafar bemor 22 haftagacha klinik kuzatuvdan o'tgan; Ib - standart terapiya olgan 40 nafar bemor. Boshqaruv guruhi ogʻrigan tugʻruq tarixisiz 22 haftagacha boʻlgan 50 nafar sogʻlom homilador ayoldan iborat edi - homilador boʻlish tarixi yoʻq edi. Xulosalar: Shunday qilib, murakkab davolashdan so'ng, shu jumladan ter terapiyasidan so'ng, bachadon bo'ynining tomir daraxtining barcha darajalarida gemodinamikaning tiklanishi kuzatildi. Asosiy ustunlik 82,5% hollarda homiladorlikning boshlanishi va qulayligi bilan isbotlangan.
