DEPRESSIYA SABABLARINI TUSHUNISHGA INTEGRAL YONDASHUV: GENETIK, BIOLOGIK, PSIXOLOGIK VA IJTIMOIY-MADANIY OMILLARNING O'ZARO TA'SIRI
Abstrakt
Depressiya eng keng tarqalgan ruhiy kasalliklardan biri bo'lib, qayg'u, hayotga qiziqishni yo'qolishi va odatdagi mashg'ulotlardan quvonch hisini yo'qotilishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Ushbu maqolada genetik, biologik, psixologik va ijtimoiy-madaniy omillarning o'zaro ta'sirini hisobga olgan holda depressiya sabablarini tushunishda integral yondashuvning ahamiyati ko'rib chiqigan. Zamonaviy tadqiqotlarga asoslanib, genetik moyillik, biologik o'zgarishlar, psixologik omillar va ijtimoiy-madaniy sharoitlar depressiyaning paydo bo'lishi va rivojlanishiga ta'sir ko'rsatadigan mexanizmlar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada turli jihatlarning murakkab o'zaro ta'sirini qo'llab-quvvatlovchi nazariyalar va empirik dalillar, shuningdek, keyingi tadqiqotlar va klinik amaliyot strategiyalari muhokamasi ko’rib chiqilgan.
