ORTODONTIK MUOLAJA O‘TKAZILAYOTGAN BEMORLARDA INDIVIDUAL GIGIYENA TADBIRLARINI ISHLAB CHIQISH VA SAMARADORLIGINI BAHOLASH
Abstrakt
Mavzuning dolzarbligi. Og‘iz mikroflorasini o‘rganish so‘nggi yillarda stomatologiya va ortodontiya sohalarida dolzarb ilmiy yo‘nalishga aylandi. Og‘iz mikroflorasi inson salomatligida muhim rol o‘ynaydi, chunki u karies, gingivit, periodontit, stomatit kabi kasalliklar bilan bevosita bog‘liqdir. Ayniqsa, ortodontik muolaja jarayonida og‘izda fiksatsiyalangan yoki olinadigan ortodontik asboblarning mavjudligi mikrofloraning muvozanatini o‘zgartiradi, bu esa kariogen va periodontal patogen bakteriyalar sonining ortishiga olib keladi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, og‘iz gigiyenasiga rioya qilinmasa, ortodontik asboblar blyashka to‘planishini kuchaytirib, yallig‘lanish va demineralizatsiyani qo‘zg‘atadi. Tadqiqotda xorijiy Scopus, Web of Science va PubMed kabi yirik manbalar, jumladan Melsen, Lucchesse, Ristic, Perinetti, Kolesnikovalarning kabi 30dan ortiq ilmiy ishlari tahlil qilindi. Fiksatsiyalangan va olinadigan ortodontik apparatlar, shuningdek gigiyenik vositalar (tish cho‘tkalari, interdental cho‘tka, fluoridli pasta, tish iplari, xlorheksidin eritmasi) o‘rganildi. Klinik ko‘rsatkichlar sifatida tish usti bakteriologik matriks indeksi, gingival indeksi mezonlari baholandi. Ma’lumotlar student t-test va ANOVA usullari bilan tahlil qilindi. Maqolada Lactobacillus va boshqa kariogen bakteriyalar miqdori fiksatsiyalangan ortodontik apparatlar ishlatilgan bemorlarda yuqori bo‘lishi qayd etildi. Tadqiqot natijalari og‘iz bo‘shlig‘iga joylashtirilgan ortodontik asboblar mikroflora muvozanatini o‘zgartirishi va kariogen bakteriyalar ko‘payishiga olib kelishini ko‘rsatdi. Fiksatsiyalangan apparatlar yuqori darajada patogen kolonizatsiyani keltirib chiqarsa, olinadigan asboblar ta’siri nisbatan yumshoqroq bo‘lgan. Asboblar olib tashlangach, mikroflora tiklanish tendensiyasi qayd etildi. Shuning uchun ortodont shifokorlar bemorlarning og‘iz gigiyenasini muntazam nazorat qilishlari, individual gigiyena dasturlarini joriy etishlari zarur. Kelgusida antimikrob materiallardan foydalanish va gigiyenik yondashuvlarni takomillashtirish orqali ortodontik davolash samaradorligini yanada oshirish mumkin.
