BRONX DEVORI NORMAL GISTOSTRUKTURAVIY KOMPONETLARI
Abstrakt
Mavzuning dolbzarbligi: Ushbu mavzusini tanlashdan maqsad nafas olish epiteliysining hujayrali tuzilmalarini o‘rganish zarurati bilan bog‘liq. Nafas olish yo‘llarining shilliq qavati himoya funksiyalarini bajaradigan murakkab hujayralar tizimidan tashkil topgan. Manbalarda traxeya epiteliy qoplamasiining mikroskopik tuzilishi va transport funksiyasining yoshga bog‘liq xususiyatlari bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar mavjud, ammo bronxlarning epitelial qatlami haqida kam ma’lumot mavjud. Tadqiqotning maqsadi – nafas olish tizimi kasalliklari mavjud bo‘lmagan vafot etgan bemorlar bronx devorning morfologik tuzilishini o‘rganish. Material va usullar. 2020-2024-yillarda Samarqand davlat tibbiyot universiteti ko‘p tarmoqli klinikasining patologik anatomiya bo‘limida nafas olish tizimi kasalliklari mavjud bo‘lmagan 26 ta 45 yoshdan 70 yoshgacha vafot etgan shaxslarning bronx devori fragmentlari va o‘pka to‘qimasi bo‘laklarini kompleks gistologik va gistokimyoviy tekshirishlar o‘tkazildi. Tadqiqot natijalari: Katta kalibrli bronx devori shilliq qavatning mushak qatlami 3-5 qator silliq mushak hujayralaridan iborat bo‘lib, ular zaif bazofil yadro tutuvchi eozinofil sitoplazmaga ega. Bronxlarning shilliq osti qavati biriktiruvchi to‘qima tolalari to‘plamlari va gialin tog‘aydan tarkib topgan, o‘zaro nozik biriktiruvchi to‘qima tolalari orqali bir biri tushadigan gialin tog‘ay plastinkalar mavjud bo‘lib ular o‘z navbatida fibroz tog‘ay qavatini hosil qiladi. Xulosa. Nafas olish tizimi kasalliklari mavjud bo‘lmagan vafot etgan katta yoshli bemorlardan namuna tarzida olingan bronx devori va o‘pka to‘qimasi fragmentlarni gistologik va gistokimyoviy tekshirish natijasida olingan ma’lumotlar nazorat sifatida qabul qilish mumkin.
