BOLALARDA O‘TKIR PANKERATITNING KECHISHI VA DIAGNOSTIKAKASI
Abstrakt
Dolzarblik. Оvqat hazm qilish tizimining patologiyasi orasida o‘tkir pankreatit eng og‘ir kechadigan kasaliklardan biri bo‘lib, o‘z vaqtida tashhis qo‘yilmasa asoratlar rivozhlanishiga olib keladi. Tadqiqot maqsadi. O‘tkir pankreatitning tashhis mezonlarini aniqlash. Materiallar va usullar. O‘tkir pankreatit bilan 25 nafar 9 yoshdan 15 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar so‘rovnamadan o‘tkazildi. Barcha bemorlarga umumiy qon, siydik va najas tekshiruvi, biokimyoviy qon tekshiruvi, oshqozon osti bezi va jigarning ultratovush tekshiruvi o‘tkazildi. Natijalar va muhokama. So‘rov natijalariga ko‘ra,100% bemorlarga og‘riqning paydo bo‘lishi birinchi 1,5-2 soat ichida kuzatilgan va bemorlar og‘riqning paydo bo‘lgan joyini aniq ko‘rsatishgan. Shulardan 59% bemorlarda og‘riq kuchli, pichoq sanchilganday tpigastral sohada kuzatilgan, 33% dа og‘riq чап томондан кузатилган. 2-3 соатдан кейин оғриқ бел ва умуртқа соҳасига ва 6,3% да chap yelkaga berilgan. Bemorlarda ko‘ngil aynishi, qusish, og‘iz qurishi, ichning qotishi, meteorizm, ko‘p terlash, holsizlik belgilari kuzatildi. Palpatsiyada: Shetkin-Blumberg, Kerte, Kach, Mayo-Robsonning simptomlarining musbat belgilari aniqlandi. Xulosa. Bolalarda Mondoran triadasi o‘tkir pankreatitni aniqlashda aniq universal usul hisoblanadi. O‘tkir pankreatit rivojlanishining ertabosqichiga xos bo‘lgan klinik ko‘rinish: o‘tkir, doimiy epigastral sohada kuzatiladigan hanjarsimon o‘riq bo‘lib, ko‘pincha o‘riq qoringa tarqaladi, dispesik buzilishlar bilan kechadi. Kasallikni paypaslash usullari (Shetkin-Blumberg, Kerte, Kach, Mayo-Robsonning belgilari) bilan tasdiqlash mumkin.
