PEDIATRIYADA NASAF YO'LLARI KASALLIKLARINING DOLZARBLIGI: BRONX-OBSTRUKTİV SINDROM XAVF OMILLARI
Abstrakt
Dolzarblik. Nafas olish organlari kasalliklari pediatriyaning eng dolzarb muammolaridan biri bo'lib qolmoqda va O'zbekiston Respublikasida bolalar o'rtasida kasallanish va o'lim ko'rsatkichlari tarkibida birinchi o'rinni egallaydi. Tadqiqot maqsadi. Bolalarda bronx-obstruktiv sindromning rivojlanishiga yordam beruvchi xavf omillarini baholash. Materiallar va usullar. Respublika shoshilinch tibbiy yordam ilmiy markazi Samarqand filialining 2022 yildan 2024 yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda bolalar reanimatsiya bo‘limiga 1 yoshdan 3 yoshgacha bo‘lgan 912 nafar BOS bilan yotqizilgan bolalarning tibbiy hujjatlari retrospektiv tahlil qilindi. Natijalar va muhokama. O’OB bilan bog'liq bo'lgan BOS bolalar guruhida o'g'il bolalar sezilarli darajada ustunlik qildi - 169 qiz (34,2%) bilan solishtirganda 325 holat (65,8%). Aksincha, O’B bilan og'rigan ikkinchi guruh bolalarida gender taqsimoti yanada muvozanatli edi: 215 o'g'il (51,4%) va 203 qiz (48,6%), bu gender tarqalishida sezilarli farq yo'qligini ko'rsatadi. Ulardan 494 nafar bolada (54,2%) o‘tkir obstruktiv bronxit (1-guruh) fonida BOS rivojlangan, 418 nafar bolada (45,8%) bronxial obstruksiya belgilarisiz o‘tkir bronxit tashxisi qo‘yilgan. Xulosa. Bolalarda BOS uchun asosiy xavf omillari perinatal ensefalopatiya, sun'iy oziqlantirishni erta boshlash, tez-tez uchraydigan o'tkir respiratorli infektsiyalar, oilada allergiya, oziqlanishni oqsil-energetik yetishmovchiligi, raxit va anemiya.
