ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОДОНТОГЕННОГО ПЕРИОСТИТА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ПОЖИЛОГО ВОЗРАСТА
Аннотация
Одонтогенный периостит является одним из наиболее распространённых воспалительных заболеваний челюстно-лицевой области, особенно актуальным у пациентов пожилого возраста. Возрастные изменения иммунной системы, наличие сопутствующих заболеваний и высокая степень полиморбидности значительно усложняют течение заболевания и требуют пересмотра стандартных подходов к лечению. В данной обзорной статье проанализированы современные методы терапии одонтогенного периостита с учетом гериатрических особенностей, освещены принципы персонализированного подхода, обоснована необходимость междисциплинарного взаимодействия и рассмотрены перспективные направления научных исследований, включая разработку адаптированных протоколов и применение инновационных технологий.
