ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЯ РАКА ЯИЧЕК
Аннотация
В данной обзорной статье, посвящённой исследованию эпидемиологии опухолей яичек, представлены анализы глобальной статистики по онкологическим заболеваниям, собранные из материалов Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ), особенно из международного агентства, занимающегося изучением рака, а также из базы данных GLOBOCAN. В статье освещены ключевые тенденции по частоте заболевания и выживаемости пациентов с раком яичек в различных регионах, включая страны Америки, Западной, Восточной и Центральной Европы, а также государства Ближнего Востока и Восточной Азии, Юго-Восточной и Центральной Азии. Параллельно приведены статистические данные по государствам СНГ. Особое внимание уделено распространённости данной патологии в Республике Узбекистан. Далее, рак яичка рассматривается в свете этиопатогенеза канцерогенеза. Риски, связанные с возникновением данного заболевания, имеют разнообразные аспекты, но объединены общим патогенетическим механизмом: длительное нарушение гормонального баланса в организме мужчины, а также наследственные и генетические факторы, такие как личный или семейный анамнез рака яичка и наличие наследственных мутаций. Кроме того, выделяется связь между этнической принадлежностью и заболеваемостью раком яичка, что подчеркивает важность учета этих факторов при проведении дальнейших исследований.
