ОЦЕНКА КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ РАЗЛИЧНЫХ МЕТОДОВ АЛЛЕРГЕНСПЕЦИФИЧЕСКОЙ ИММУНОТЕРАПИИ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ АЛЛЕРГИЧЕСКИХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ (ОСНОВАНО НА ОБЗОРЕ НОВЫХ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЙ)
Аннотация
Наиболее эффективным методом лечения аллергических заболеваний является аллергенспецифическая иммунотерапия (АСИТ), которая заключается во введении больным малых доз антигена, ответственного за развитие заболевания. В этом случае чувствительность организма к данному антигену снижается. Применение данного метода приводит к уменьшению симптомов, снижению потребности в лечении, а также имеет долгосрочный клинический эффект, предупреждая развитие аллергии и ее симптомов. Аллергенспецифическая иммунотерапия — противовоспалительный, патогенетический и профилактический метод лечения аллергических заболеваний органов дыхания. В статье проанализированы результаты важнейших клинических исследований по применению аллергенспецифической иммунотерапии в лечении аллергических заболеваний (аллергического ринита и бронхиальной астмы).
