O‘q otish natijasida yuzaga kelgan qo‘l-oyoq jarohatlarida regional limfatik terapiyaning o‘rni

Annotatsiya

O‘zbekiston Respublikasi va dunyoning boshqa mamlakatlarida qo‘l-oyoqning o‘qotar qurol jarohatlari bilan bog‘liq holatlar yil sayin ortib bormoqda. Ushbu muammoning dolzarbligi o‘lim holatlari, yiringli-septik asoratlar hamda nogironlik ko‘rsatkichlarining yuqoriligi bilan izohlanadi, ayniqsa kuchli teshib kirish xususiyatiga ega yangi turdagi qurollarning rivojlanishi sharoitida. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi regional limfatik terapiyani eksperimental ravishda o‘rganish hamda olingan natijalar asosida qo‘l-oyoqning izolyatsiyalangan va kombinatsiyalangan o‘qotar jarohatlari bo‘lgan bemorlarni davolash protokolini ishlab chiqishdan iborat bo‘ldi. Tadqiqot maqsadiga erishish uchun qo‘l-oyoqning o‘qotar jarohatlari bilan kasallangan 169 nafar bemor tekshirildi va ular limfoterapiya oluvchi to‘rtta asosiy guruh hamda standart davolash oluvchi nazorat guruhlariga bo‘lindi. Eksperimental tadqiqotlarda jarohatdan keyingi birinchi sutkada qo‘l-oyoqning o‘qotar jarohatlari hujayralararo bo‘shliqning hajmli shishi, limfa tugunlarida mikroblarning to‘planishi, fibrin, hujayraviy detrit va nekrobioz mahsulotlarining cho‘kishi bilan tavsiflandi. Eksperimental guruhlarda regional limfatik terapiyani qo‘llash nazorat guruhiga nisbatan shikastlangan hududdagi yumshoq to‘qimalarning faol va tez regeneratsiyasini namoyon etdi. Jarohatlanganlarni o‘z vaqtida saralash va ixtisoslashtirilgan tibbiyot muassasalariga transportirovka qilish jarohatdan keyingi dastlabki soatlarda jarrohlik va terapevtik davolash usullarining yuqori samaradorligiga xizmat qildi. Sefalosporinlar yoki aminoglikozidlar bilan limfotrop antibiotikoterapiya hamda limfatik stimulyatsiyani qo‘llash biriktiruvchi to‘qimalarning qayta shakllanishida ijobiy dinamikani, limfa tugunlarida dorilarning uzoq muddat yuqori konsentratsiyada saqlanishini va infeksion asoratlar darajasining pastligini ko‘rsatdi. Olingan ma’lumotlardan harbiy tibbiyot, shoshilinch tibbiyot va jarrohlik amaliyotida qo‘l-oyoqning o‘qotar jarohatlari bo‘lgan bemorlarni boshqarish protokollarini takomillashtirish, regional to‘qimalar funksiyasini saqlab qolish va infeksion asoratlarning oldini olishga qaratilgan taktikalarning joriy etilishida foydalanish mumkin.
