CHAQALOQLAR RESPIRATOR DISTRESS SINDROMINI DAVOLASHNING ZAMONAVIY STRATEGIYASI (Adabiyot sharhi)

TO'LIQ MATN:

Abstrakt

Nafas olish qiyinlishuvi sindromi (P22.0; ICD-10) - bu muddatidan oldin tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda o'pkaning yetilmaganligi va sirt faol moddalar yetishmasligi bilan bog'liq holat. RDSni davolash yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlar intensiv terapiyasining asosiy tarkibiy qismi bo'lib qolmoqda. Tadqiqot maqsadi: Neonatal respirator distress sindromi uchun hozirgi davolash strategiyalarini tahlil qilish. Tadqiqot materiallari va usullari: xalqaro va milliy mualliflarning zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlari va  so'nggi ko'rsatmalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari: tug‘ruqdan oldin steroidlar, nafas olishni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va ekzogen surfaktant terapiyasini olgan yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlar uchun prognoz yaxshi. O‘lim darajasi 10% dan kam, ba’zi tadqiqotlarda esa ilg‘or davolash usullari qo‘llanilganda yashab qolish darajasi 98% ga yetadi. Yangilangan tavsiyalarning dalillar bazasi, ba’zi yangi pozitsiyalarning paydo bo‘lishi RDS bilan tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarni boshqarish bo‘yicha milliy protokolni joriy etishni talab qiladi, bu yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarga tibbiy yordam sifatini oshirish va erta tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlar o‘limi va og‘ir asoratlarni kamaytirish imkonini beradi.
