Annotatsiya
Ushbu narrativ sharhda musiqa va neyroxilma-xil bolalarga oid tadqiqotlar ko‘rib chiqilib, autizm va diqqat yetishmovchiligi hamda giperfaollik sindromiga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Unda musiqaning muloqot, ijtimoiy hamkorlik, hissiy ifoda va ishtirokni qo‘llab-quvvatlash imkoniyatlarini o‘rganish maqsadida klinik tadqiqotlar, neyroilmiy izlanishlar, tizimli sharhlar va metatahlillar natijalari umumlashtirilgan. Mavjud dalillar musiqaning ayrim autizmli bolalar uchun foydali bo‘lishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi, biroq natijalar tadqiqotda ishtirok etgan bolalar, musiqiy faoliyat turi va tadqiqotchilar baholagan natijalarga qarab farqlanadi. Diqqat yetishmovchiligi va giperfaollik sindromi hamda neyroxilma-xillikning boshqa shakllariga oid tadqiqotlar ancha cheklangan. Shu sababli autizmga oid tadqiqot natijalarini barcha neyroxilma-xil bolalarga avtomatik tarzda tatbiq etib bo‘lmaydi. Musiqa «samara beradimi?» degan umumiy savolni qo‘yish o‘rniga, ushbu sharh musiqaning qaysi turlari qaysi bolalarga va qanday jihatlarda yordam berishi mumkinligini aniqlashni taklif etadi. Musiqa ayrim bolalar uchun muloqot qilish, o‘zini ifodalash, ishtirok etish va boshqalar bilan aloqa o‘rnatishning yana bir usuli bo‘lishi mumkin.
