Annotatsiya

Surunkali gastroduodenal kasalliklar (SGDK), jumladan, oshqozon yarasi, surunkali gastrit va gastroduodenit, VICH bilan yashovchi odamlarda keng tarqalgan. Ushbu kasalliklar bilan bog'liq asosiy xavf omillaridan biri mikroelementoz (MTO), ya'ni zarur mikroelementlarning muvozanatsizligi bilan tavsiflanadigan holatdir. Ushbu tadqiqot MTOning VICH infektsiyalangan aholi orasidagi tarqalishi va ta'sirini o'rganadi.


Maqsad. MTO bilan bog'liq tarqalish, og'irlik darajasi va aniq biokimyoviy yetishmovchiliklarni baholash va uning VICH infektsiyalangan shaxslarida SGDK uchun xavf omili sifatidagi potentsial rolini o'rganish.


Materiallar va metodlar. Ushbu tadqiqotga 507 nafar VICH infektsiyalangan kattalar, 20-69 yosh oralig'ida, Andijon, O'zbekiston shahrida yashovchi ishtirokchilar jalb qilindi. Ishtirokchilardan kalий, kalsiy va natriy kabi asosiy elektrolitlarning darajasi, och qoringa olingan qon namunalarini tahlil qilish orqali o'lchandi. Ishtirokchilar yosh va jinsi bo'yicha saralandi va MTO tarqalishi va og'irlik darajasidagi demografik farqlar o'rganildi.


Natijalar. Tadqiqotda ishtirokchilarda elektrolitlar yetishmovchiligining yuqori darajasi aniqlangan bo'lib, 89,2% ishtirokchilarda giponatremiya, 72,2% da gipokalemiya va 28,8% da gipokaltsemiya kuzatilgan. Jinsga oid sezilarli farqlar mavjud bo'lib, VICH infektsiyalangan ayollarda giponatremiya va gipokalemiya tarqalishi yuqori bo'lgan. Shuningdek, yosh bilan og'ir MTO tarqalishi ortishi (P < 0,05) kuzatildi, bu esa SGDK uchun yosh bilan bog'liq xavfni ko'rsatadi.


Xulosa. Mikroelementoz VICH infektsiyalangan shaxslarida SGDK uchun muhim xavf omili hisoblanadi va ushbu tadqiqot ushbu populyatsiyada maqsadli oziqlantirishni qo'llab-quvvatlash va muntazam elektrolit monitoringini amalga oshirish zarurligini ta'kidlaydi. Preventiv strategiyalar, jumladan, dietani o'zgartirish va mikroelementlar qo'shish, VICH infektsiyalangan bemorlarda SGDKning rivojlanishini kamaytirishga yordam berishi mumkin.
