Kistoz duplikatsiya bolalarda oshqozon-ichak traktining kam uchraydigan tug‘ma anomaliyasi

Annotatsiya
Holat: 1 yoshli qiz bola 6–7 oyligida ilk bor aniqlangan qorin bo‘shlig‘idagi kistoz hosila bo‘yicha tekshiruv uchun murojaat qildi. Qorin bo‘shlig‘i va retroperitoneal sohaning dastlabki KT tekshiruvida chap buyrak usti beziga yaqin joylashgan kistoz massa aniqlandi. Ushbu natijalarga asoslanib, bemor bizning klinikamizga yuborildi. Keyinchalik qorin bo‘shlig‘ining multislayd kompyuter tomografiyasi (MSKT) o‘tkazildi, bu esa taloq kistasi va oshqozon duplikatsiya kistasini farqlash imkonini berdi. Ketma-ket ultratovush tekshiruvlarida hosilaning hajmi asta-sekin ortib borayotgani kuzatildi va jarrohlik davolash amalga oshirildi. Gistopatologik tekshiruv oshqozon duplikatsiyasi tashxisini tasdiqladi.
Xulosa. Multimodal diagnostik yondashuv ushbu kam uchraydigan patologiyani erta aniqlash imkonini beradi, oshqozon duplikatsiyasining atipik joylashuvi holatlarida differensial tashxisni osonlashtiradi va jarrohlik davolash uchun ko‘rsatmalarni aniqlashga yordam beradi.
