TURLI OG'IRLIK DARAJASIDAGICOVID-19 BO'LGAN ONALARDAN MUDDATIGA ETMAY TUG'ILGAN CHAQALOQLARDA PERİFERIK QON XUSUSIYATLARI

Abstrakt

Homilador ayollar, tug'ruqdagi ayollar va yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda yangi koronavirus infeksiyasining kechishini tahlil qilishga bag'ishlangan adabiyotlarning aksariyati tug'ruq paytida COVID-19 PZR testi ijobiy natija bergan ayollardan tug'ilgan bolalarning somatik holati va morfofunksional xususiyatlarini baholadi. COVID-19 bemorlarida kuzatiladigan giperkoagulyatsiyani hisobga olgan holda, bolalarda perinatal asoratlar, ehtimol, fetoplatsental perfuziyaning buzilishi va/yoki onada mumkin bo'lgan trombotik o'zgarishlar, vaskulopatiya, platsenta to'sig'i funktsiyasining pasayishi va platsentadagi yallig'lanish o'zgarishlari bilan bog'liq. Ba'zi xalqaro mualliflar virus keltirib chiqaradigan platsenta o'zgarishlari surunkali va o'tkir homila gipoksiyasiga va muddatidan oldin tug'ilishga olib keladi, bu esa tug'ruq paytida bolalarning og'ir ahvoliga hissa qo'shadi, deb ta'kidlashadi. Tadqiqot maqsadi. Turli og'irlik darajasidagi COVID-19 bilan kasallangan onalardan tug'ilgan  chaqaloqlarda vaqt o'tishi bilan periferik qondagi o'zgarishlar xususiyatlarini o'rganish. Materiallar va usullar. Hammasi bo'lib 70 ta muddatiga etmay tug'ilgan chaqaloq tekshirildi: birinchi asosiy guruh homiladorlik davrida turli darajadagi COVID-19 bilan kasallangan onalardan tug'ilgan 40 ta chaqaloqdan iborat bo'lsa, ikkinchi taqqoslash guruhiga onalarida ushbu infektsiyasi bo'lmagan 30 ta muddatiga etmay tug'ilgan chaqaloqlar kiradi. Klinik, laboratoriya va statistik tadqiqotlar o'tkazildi. Natijalar. Koronavirus infektsiyasi bilan kasallangan onalardan tug'ilgan muddatiga etmay tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda sezilarli o'zgarishlar aniqlanadi. Ushbu yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda gemoglobin darajasi past va qizil qon tanachalari soni dinamik ravishda pasayishda davom etadi va hayotning 2-3-haftasi oxirida eng past ko'rsatkichlarga ega, ayniqsa og'ir koronavirus infektsiyasi bo'lgan onalardan tug'ilgan bolalarda. Asosiy guruhdagi bolalarda trombotsitlar soni yuqori bo'lgan, ayniqsa homiladorlik davrida og'ir COVID-19 bilan kasallangan ayollardan tug'ilgan yangi tug'ilgan chaqaloqlarda.
