Annotatsiya

Serebral falaj bolalikdagi jismoniy nogironlikning eng keng tarqalgan sababidir. Shunga qaramay, XX asrning aksariyat qismida ushbu tashxis bolaning birinchi tug‘ilgan kunidan so‘ng, ya’ni eng yuqori neyroplastiklik davri o‘tib ketganidan keyin qo‘yilar edi. So‘nggi o‘n yillikda bu holat o‘zgardi. Hozirda neonatal magnit-rezonans tomografiya, Prechtlning umumiy harakatlarni baholash usuli va Hammersmit chaqaloqlar nevrologik tekshiruvi kabi usullarni birgalikda qo‘llash kasallikni olti oylik (tuzatish kiritilgan) yoshgacha aniq tashxislash imkonini bermoqda. Shuningdek, xalqaro klinik amaliyot bo‘yicha qo‘llanmada tashxis qo‘yilgan go‘daklarga qanday yordam ko‘rsatilishi kerakligi belgilab berilgan. Ushbu tahliliy sharhda tashxislash vositalari va ularning qayd etilgan aniqligi, erta aralashuv va uning hujjatlashtirilgan cheklovlari, shuningdek, magnit-rezonans tomografiya, malakali mutaxassislar va tizimli reabilitatsiya yetishmaydigan joylarda yuzaga keladigan o‘ziga xos to‘siqlar haqidagi mavjud dalillar umumlashtiriladi. Markaziy Osiyo bo‘yicha e’lon qilingan mahalliy ma’lumotlar kam bo‘lgani bois, ushbu yondashuvlarning mazkur mintaqada qo‘llanilishi imkoniyatlariga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Sharhda ta’kidlanishicha, bunday sharoitlarda erta tashxis qo‘yishga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan asosiy omil endi texnologik emas, balki tashkiliy muammodir va samarali tashxislash yo‘lini yo‘lga qo‘yish uchun nimalar talab etilishi bayon qilinadi.
