Annotatsiya
Maqsad. Oʻtkir va surunkali alkogolli pankreatitda peripankreatik (regionar) va mezenterial limfa tugunlarining patomorfologik oʻzgarishlarini tavsiflash va qiyoslash, ularning immunopoetik hamda toʻsiq-filtratsiya vazifalari buzilishining tuzilmaviy asoslarini aniqlash.
Materiallar va usullar. Surunkali alkogol isteʼmoli klinik-anamnestik jihatdan tasdiqlangan shaxslar autopsiyasida olingan peripankreatik va mezenterial limfa tugunlari oʻrganildi. Kesmalar gematoksilin-eozin, van Gizon va alsian koʻki bilan boʻyalib, toʻrtta morfofunksional maydon (kapsula va sinuslar, poʻstloq, parakorteks, magʻiz qavat) boʻyicha yarim miqdoriy baholandi.
Natijalar. Oʻtkir shakllarda barcha maydonlarni qamrab olgan kuchli interstitsial shish, subkapsulyar va oraliq sinuslarning kengayishi, kapsulaning dezorganizatsiyasi va poʻstloq limfoid follikulalarining sekvestratsiyasi ustunlik qildi. Surunkali shakllarda parenximaning atrofiyasi, stroma-tomir tuzilmalarining proliferatsiyasi va sklerozi, kapsulaning qalinlashuvi, magʻiz qavatda neoangiogenez, sinus gistiotsitozi va retikuloskleroz aniqlandi. Har ikki guruhda parakortikal postkapillyar venulalar yuqori endoteliyli fenotipini yoʻqotib, limfotsitlar migratsiyasisiz yupqa devorli toʻlaqonli venalarga aylandi.
Xulosa. Alkogolli pankreatit bosqichga bogʻliq, noinfeksion limfadenopatiya chaqiradi va u shishli-destruktiv shakldan atrofik-sklerotik qayta qurilishga oʻtadi.
